This role supports management, leads team members during shifts, and ensures fast, friendly service in a fast-paced travel environment.Responsibilities:- Lead team members during assigned shifts- Ensure speed of service, food quality, and cleanliness standards- Open/close restaurant per procedures- Support training and coaching of crew members- Handle cash and monitor accurate register transactions- Maintain food safety and airport security complianceQualifications:- 1+ year of QSR or restaurant experience- Prior leadership or key-holder experience preferred- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays- Must qualify for airport badging/security clearancePhysical Requirements:- Stand for extended periods- Lift up to 40 lbs- Competitive pay + growth opportunities in a dynamic airport environment.
