Bradford Airport Logistics is seeking a Senior Airport Operations Supervisor (SOS) to oversee team members, make informed decisions, and deliver exceptional customer service at our warehouse, which supports Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). The successful candidate will manage operations at our receiving and redistribution dock, while also maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers. A strong work ethic, initiative, and drive to build and maintain a world-class team are necessary. We offer qualified candidates significant career growth opportunities, including promotion and relocation opportunities.

To be successful, you should have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management within logistics, airline, airport, or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to supervise teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Strong team-building and employee development skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a TSA security background check and maintain a valid driver's license.

Your responsibilities as the Senior Airport Operations Supervisor will include:

  • Train and ensure compliance with all procedures and regulations for the airport, TSA, and stakeholders.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to maintain a professional and customer-focused operations team.
  • Direct the resolution of operational issues to prevent delays and minimize expenses.
  • Interact with suppliers and vendors to optimize operational performance and efficiency.
  • Administer company policies, ensuring consistent execution of daily objectives and quality standards.
