AMOS System Admin

Location: Dublin (Will consider remote applicants)

Type: 12 Month Contract

Rate: TBC

We are seeking an experienced AMOS Admin to join our team and provide essential administrative and technical support for our AMOS (Aircraft Maintenance and Operations System) platform. You will work closely with our operations and technical teams to ensure smooth system performance, manage user access, and support our internal and customer-facing AMOS deployments. This is a fully remote role offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a direct impact on our aviation software solutions.

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in systems administration, AMOS administration or similar aviation software platform support
  • Strong understanding of user access management, database administration and system security best practices
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to aviation industry compliance standards

Key responsibilities & duties include:

  • Manage user access, permissions and account administration across AMOS environments, ensuring security protocols are maintained
  • Provide first-line technical support to internal teams and coordinate with engineering for escalated issues
  • Perform system configuration, maintenance and routine administrative tasks to ensure optimal AMOS performance
  • Monitor system health, generate reports and escalate critical issues to appropriate teams
  • Assist with data migration, system updates and deployment activities across development, staging and production environments
  • Document processes, standard operating procedures and maintain up-to-date knowledge base articles for the AMOS platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience with aviation maintenance management systems or airline operations
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and database management systems
  • Knowledge of data security frameworks and compliance requirements in the aviation sector
