Recruiting Manager

BlueForce, Inc. is seeking experienced Recruiting Managers to join our team in support of 89th Airlift Wing Recruiting Assessment & Selection Data (RASD). The Recruiting Manager will manage the Envoy and Hero Programs while accomplishing marketing, advertising and outreach necessary to continue supporting the demands of the 89th Air Wing manning.

**This position is subject to contract award**

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the selection process for all program envoys.
  • Develop, schedule, and administer all required training for envoys.
  • Direct and oversee program execution at the installation level.
  • Review all After-Action Reports and provide feedback for program improvement.
  • Conduct direct recruiting activities as required.
  • Develop and administer all training materials and sessions for the Hero Program.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Hero Program.
  • Manage and execute follow up actions for higher scale or complex cases.
  • Create and disseminate all marketing materials, including but not limited to slides, brochures, videos, solicitation messages, flyers, business cards, and QR codes.
  • Create, propose, and execute innovative marketing strategies.
  • Serves as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) for 89th Airlift Wing Public Affairs (PA) and manage all Wing/Group approval processes for marketing content.
  • Desing, order, track and maintain the inventory of all recruiting distributions items.
  • Develop, create, and maintain approved content for all associated online and social media platforms.
  • Serve as the central coordinator for the Envoy and Hero members, ensuring their requirements are achieved before departing on a recruiting trip.
  • Manage the inventory of kits and aircraft recruiting kits to include procurement and restocking.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may apply once contract is awarded.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or work development, including full-cycle recruiting.
  • Proven professional work experience recruiting for specialized, technical and/or aviation related roles.
  • Five (5) or more years of demonstrated background and professional experience in program and event management, including planning, coordinating, and executing recruiting and promotional events.
  • Proven background in marketing, advertising and outreach initiates to attract and engage target candidates.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing outreach campaigns, promotional materials and content, to include demonstrated skills in photography and video production to support all recruiting and outreach efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience exhibiting a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder management and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal leadership and external partners.
  • Must possess exceptional written, verbal and comprehension skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional and operational setting.
  • Demonstrated competence in problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple complex tasks while maintaining attention to detail and meeting established deadlines.
  • Proven ability to follow organizational standards and policies.
  • Possess a valid government-issued ID valid (and/or passport, if international travel is required).
