Job description

Executive Airlift Government Security Operations Center (GSOC) - Tier 1 Analyst

Available Shifts

  • Monday thru Friday Mid Shift Hours: 3 PM to 11 PM
  • Monday thru Friday Overnight Shift Hours: 11 PM to 7 AM
  • Weekend Days (Saturday and Sunday) Hours: 7 AM – 7 PM
  • Weekend Nights (Saturday and Sunay) Hours: 7 PM to 7 AM

Location

  • Joint Base Andrews, MD (GSOC) - Onsite

Clearance Level

  • Top Secret clearance is required to be considered for the position.
  • Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check. Maintain applicable security clearances at the level required by the client for the position.

Education

  • High School Diploma
  • Must have an active DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE), prior to start.

Technical Experience

  • Any experience as a Communications Systems Operator (CSO) for Executive Airlift at Joint Base Andrews, MD, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI or Ramstein AFB, Germany

Responsibilities

  • Tier 1 Support is “Mission Essential”, 24x7 support
  • Operates in the Government Security Operations Center (GSOC)
  • Track and assist aircraft in flight with communications issues
  • Use Chat software to support Executive Airlift aircraft in flight
  • Respond to incident calls
  • Support Trend Analysis
  • Maintain a Master Station Log (MSL) (007) of all actions performed on shift
