Description
Take-off with Pilatus! We are seeking Aircraft Maintenance Technicians I/II/III to support maintenance operations in Westminster, MD. Responsibility for inspection, troubleshooting, repair, modification, and maintenance of Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft in accordance with manufacturer specifications, FAA and FOCA regulations, and approved maintenance procedures.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
  • Inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft in accordance with approved maintenance data and procedures
  • Execution of maintenance activities in compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer instructions, and company safety and quality standards
  • Inspection of aircraft and components in accordance with Certified Repair Station requirements and approved maintenance procedures
  • Performance of operational checks, system testing, and aircraft ground runs before and after maintenance activities
  • Documentation of maintenance performed, discrepancies identified, corrective actions taken, and parts usage in maintenance records, work orders, and production documentation
  • Compliance with airworthiness directives, service bulletins, maintenance documentation, and workplace safety requirements
  • Proper use and maintenance of tools, test equipment, and ground support equipment to support safe and efficient operations
  • Support of team collaboration, training activities, overtime requirements, and operational objectives as assigned

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate required; Inspection Authorization preferred
  • Aircraft Maintenance Technician I: 0-3 years of aircraft maintenance experience under supervision; military aircraft maintenance experience accepted
  • Aircraft Maintenance Technician II: 2-5 years of experience independently performing aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities; experience supporting junior technicians preferred
  • Aircraft Maintenance Technician III: 4-7 years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining complex aircraft systems, including advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostics
  • Experience with Pilatus PC-12/PC-24 aircraft preferred; proficiency with technical manuals, maintenance documentation, hand tools, test equipment, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong troubleshooting ability, technical judgment, attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and operational flexibility including overtime and off-site assignments as required

The pay range is $26.63 - $43.32 per hour depending on experience. Pay rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
