• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely submissions and accuracy.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate clients effectively and provide quality care dictated by the clinical team's standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans that foster client development and success.
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our clinic meets the highest standards of care and quality.
• Serve as a liaison among various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance resource availability for our clients.
• Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders to ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations and to promote our mission within the community.
• Network with local, state, federal, and private organizations to identify potential partnerships and funding opportunities that support our programs.
• Pursue continued personal and professional development through conferences, classes, and community engagements to enhance expertise in the mental health field.
• Promote the mission, values, philosophy, and principles of Atlantic Healthcare Clinic in every client interaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the clinic's operational success.

You will provide therapeutic support to a diverse population, including individuals experiencing emotional distress, those needing recovery support, and clients facing developmental challenges. Your role directly contributes to improving their quality of life by delivering personalized care and interventions through our innovative telehealth platform.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field (such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling) is required.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license recognized by the state board is essential.
• Ability to maintain detailed clinical records and prepare essential reports in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to express ideas clearly and effectively.
• Sound judgment and the ability to make independent decisions rooted in professional knowledge.

While not mandatory, previous experience within a telehealth setting or familiarity with remote counseling practices will be beneficial. Candidates with experience developing crisis intervention strategies and a background working with the target populations will stand out.
