 Role Purpose 

 The Lavatory (LAV) Service Agent is responsible for servicing aircraft lavatory systems by safely removing waste and replenishing lavatory fluids in accordance with airline, airport, and safety regulations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining aircraft cleanliness, sanitation, and operational readiness while ensuring all services are completed on schedule to support on-time departures. 

What you will be doing 

  • Service aircraft lavatory systems using specialized service vehicles and equipment.  
  • Remove waste from aircraft lavatory tanks and dispose of materials in accordance with environmental and regulatory requirements.  
  • Replenish aircraft lavatory fluids and supplies as required.  
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of LAV service vehicles and equipment.  
  • Follow all airline, airport, FAA, TSA, OSHA, and company safety procedures.  
  • Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.  
  • Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, spills, or operational concerns to management immediately.  
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.  
  • Coordinate with ramp operations, dispatch, and airline personnel to ensure timely aircraft servicing.  
  • Assist with other ground support duties as assigned.  
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and service vehicles. 
  • Perform other duties as requested

 What we are looking for: 

  • Previous driving experience of tractor trailers, box trucks, buses, etc. preferred. 
  • Must be 18 years of age or older. 
  • Must have a home telephone. 
  • Must have reliable transportation. 
  • Must have a valid driver's license, commercial license preferred. 
  • Must have minimum of HS diploma or GED/Equivalent. 
  • Possess the tact to deal with all levels of employees and client representatives. 
  • Must be able to sit, stand, lift, and/or bend throughout shift and climb stairs. 
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and/or hold up to 50 lbs. 
  • Physical exam may be required to confirm above. 
  • DMV check required. 
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug test. 
  • Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English. 
  • Pass a Criminal Background Check. 
  • Must be able to verbally direct in English. 
  • Must possess the necessary authorization to work in the U.S. from the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). 
  • Exposure to aircraft noise, moving equipment, fuel fumes, and varying weather conditions. 
  • Exposure to sanitation and waste handling processes requiring strict adherence to safety and hygiene procedures. 
  • May be required to work weekends, overnight shifts and holidays. 
  • May be exposed to occasional loud noise levels.
