Description
Alerion Aviation's Sales Team is growing! We are seeking a Senior Charter Sales Representative to join our team!
The Senior Charter Sales Representative oversees the entire charter sales lifecycle and acts as a trusted advisor to wholesale clients. The role requires balancing revenue objectives with inventory management, operational feasibility, and regulatory compliance, while ensuring exceptional service before, during, and after every flight. This position demands a motivated, results-driven sales professional with strong Part 135 charter experience and a background in private aviation charter sales, along with excellent communication skills, sound independent judgment, and the ability to remain available on call/as needed to support the sales process.
This position is eligible for remote, hybrid or on-site work.
Requirements
  • Manage the complete charter sales cycle from initial inquiry and lead qualification to fulfillment and post-flight services.
  • Effectively manage fleet inventory availability and utilize company systems to provide prompt, accurate pricing.
  • Meet sales targets defined by Sales Leadership.
  • Provide advice, recommendations, and support to both existing and potential clients.
  • Manage charter sales inquiries, identify opportunities, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Develop and maintain wholesale client relationships and foster industry connections.
  • Monitor aircraft charter boards to determine if company aircraft positioning meets client needs.
  • Ensure all pre-trip policies and FAA/Part 135 regulations are strictly followed prior to departure.
  • Provide post-trip follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain timely, professional communication.
  • Collaborates closely with internal and external teams, and uphold s the highest standard s of service, safety, and professionalism.
  • Accessible on call/ as needed to support charter.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Must have 3+ years of private aviation or charter sales experience.
  • Thrives in a high-volume, multitasking environment.
  • Demonstrate motivation for selling, top-notch presentation skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to forge effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, sensitivity, and good judgement.
  • Verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
