Based at Republic Airport (KFRG) in Farmingdale, New York, NEA sets the industry standard in safety, reliability, and efficiency. We pride ourselves on the quality of service our executive, flight crew, maintenance, charter services, and ground support personnel provide to our clients.
About the Role:
Aviation industry sales experience is required preferably on the wholesale side of the business. Previous retail charter sales experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Successful history and established relationships in wholesale charter sales.
โ€ข Strong understanding of private aircraft equipment, aviation industry and FAA Part 135 Guidelines.
โ€ข Ability to close and win deals in fast paced environment.
โ€ข Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
โ€ข Ability to identify and prioritize potential deals.
โ€ข Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
โ€ข Creative thinker with a strong desire to succeed.

Qualifications:
โ€ข Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in Part 135 private aviation sales required. Other industry experience will not be considered.
โ€ข Bachelor's Degree preferred in aviation, business or related field.
โ€ข The ability to effectively identify the best suited aircraft from our Argus Platinum rated fleet based on flight request.
โ€ข The ability to manage a closed fleet schedule, flight pairing and owner approval process.
โ€ข Proficient in aircraft operator quoting systems such as Jet Insight, which is preferred, FOS or related programs.
โ€ข Knowledge and working relationships with Part 135 Charter Brokers, Operators, VIP travel companies and corporate flight departments.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, morning or late afternoon hours
Pay range and compensation package:
Salary plus commission/bonuses
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Generous pooled commission structure and opportunity for additional incentives.
