Bond-Coat specializes in corrosion prevention technologies and is recognized for delivering innovative coating solutions that improve performance and reliability across the energy industry.
About the Role
The company is seeking an experienced Learjet 60XR Captain to join its flight department based in Odessa, Texas. This position is best suited for pilots who value stability, professionalism, and the opportunity to support a successful privately held organization. Candidates must reside in Houston or within commuting distance of Odessa/Midland.
Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time
• Minimum 1,000 hours turbine time
• Unrestricted ATP Certificate
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Valid FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Valid Passport
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and iPad-based aviation applications
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to successfully complete a 10-year background investigation, pre-employment drug screen, and Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
• Ability to freely enter and exit all countries where company flight operations are conducted
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Skills

• Experience in a similar role

Compensation Package

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience
• Annual bonus opportunity
• Per Diem

Scheduling Package

• Ten hard days off per month, scheduled at your discretion
• Ten sick days annually

Part 91 contract pilot opportunities may also be considered.
