Job Summary:

  • Complete welding projects on time while ensuring quality and safety.

Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts with a three-day weekend!

  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3 AM (10% pay differential!)
  • Initial Training on 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and layout jobs using blueprints and diagrams.
  • Operate machines to trim, size, form, inspect, and weld materials.
  • Perform welding in various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead).
  • Inspect and maintain welding equipment.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use basic math.
  • Stand for long periods and occasionally lift 25-45 lbs.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • U.S. person status required.
  • TIG welding experience preferred but not required.
