Job description

Project/Team: 14G Instructor - Air Defense Artillery (ADA) Location: Fort Sill, OK Employment Type: Full-Time Number of Vacancies: 25 (with up to 5 surge positions possible) Clearance Required: Active SECRET Background: Navanti seeks experienced Air Defense Artillery (14G) professionals to serve as instructors within the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), 30th ADA Brigade at Fort Sill. Instructors will deliver technically rigorous, government-approved instruction for the 14G10 Air Defense Battle Management System Operator course, ensuring soldier readiness across AMD C4I and divisional air defense systems. Core Responsibilities: Primary Duties * Deliver instruction using Government-approved POIs and lesson plans.

Train students on AMD C4I systems (FAAD, Sentinel Radar, AMDPCS, ADAM Cell). Teach Divisional Air Defense systems: FAAD EO, AMDWS, TAIS, ADSI. * Provide instruction on operational procedures, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and power systems.

Administer and evaluate tests; provide retraining as needed. Secondary Duties Update lesson plans, student materials, and tests within 24 hours of Government-directed changes. * Conduct instructional analysis and integrate new systems/software.

Ensure all materials are =95% accurate and TRADOC 350-70 compliant. Minimum Requirements: Graduate of the 14G MOS qualified course. * Minimum 5 years' experience in the 14G ADA MOS.

Active SECRET clearance at time of hire. Proof of qualifications (DD214, ERB/ORB, Certificate of Completion) within 14 days of award. Certification Requirements: * Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC) or Cadre Support Course (within 90 days).
