• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns, which will serve as the foundation for targeted treatment interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on sound clinical judgment, utilizing methods that respect each client's unique history and aspirations.

• Facilitate various therapy sessions, including individual therapy and group therapy, applying evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to enhance therapeutic efficacy.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring that clients receive a well-rounded approach to their care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, guiding them through active participation in the treatment process and fostering a supportive home environment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records adhering to all regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring that treatment is tracked and outcomes are evaluated continuously.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Extensive experience in mental health counseling with proven methods in intervention and treatment.

• Solid knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating a range of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic skills with a talent for building effective therapeutic relationships that foster client growth and motivation.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills that facilitate effective partnerships with the treatment team.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual client engagement strategies.

• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities tailored to community health and diverse populations.

• Demonstrated ability to lead group therapy sessions and create safe environments for shared healing experiences.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
