Clinical Manager – Ambulatory Infusion Centers (AIC)

Salary: $90,000 – $97,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturdays as needed)

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced nurse leader looking to oversee clinical excellence in a specialized setting? We are seeking a Clinical Manager to lead our Ambulatory Infusion Centers (AIC) across the Hickory, Asheville, and Mooresville regions.

In this role, you will ensure that life-changing infusion services are delivered safely, appropriately, and in total alignment with accreditation and regulatory standards. You will be the steady hand guiding our clinical staff and the strategic mind managing the operational success of your territory.

What You'll Do (Essential Functions)

  • Clinical Oversight: Provide direct supervision of staff to ensure all infusion services meet nursing standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Operational Leadership: Manage the financial and operational performance of your assigned territory.
  • Team Development: Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide ongoing coaching and HR documentation for your direct reports.
  • Onboarding & Training: Work closely with the Nurse Educator to lead the orientation of new staff and facilitate continuing education.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: Serve as a key point of contact for staff, patients, families, and outside agencies.
  • Policy Management: Maintain and demonstrate expert knowledge of organizational policies, work standards, and patient management protocols.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the state of practice.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of management/leadership experience.
  • Specialty: Previous experience in infusion services is required.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification: Current BLS (or ability to obtain upon hire).
  • Technical: Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Attributes: Calm under pressure, able to navigate changing environments, and a dedicated team player.
