The AI UX/UI Developer is responsible for designing and delivering user interfaces that enable intuitive interaction with AI-driven systems and workflows. This role ensures that complex automation and agentic behaviors are translated into clear, usable, and efficient user experiences that align with enterprise standards.
The role operates within a cross-functional engineering and product organization responsible for delivering enterprise-grade AI applications. The developer collaborates closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure the interface layer accurately reflects underlying system capabilities while maintaining usability and accessibility.
This position builds front-end components, interaction flows, and visual systems that support AI-enabled applications. Deliverables include user interface code, interaction logic, design systems, and documentation supporting deployment and usability.
The AI UX/UI Developer operates within the Forge delivery model, ensuring that interface development keeps pace with rapid backend innovation while maintaining consistency, quality, and governance standards.
The technical scope includes front-end engineering, design system implementation, API integration, and workflow visualization.
This role contributes across the full development lifecycle, ensuring user-facing components are reliable, testable, and aligned with production expectations.
Work expectations require close, in-person collaboration with engineering and product teams..
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop user interfaces for AI-enabled applications
• Translate system capabilities into intuitive user workflows
• Build and maintain front-end components and design systems
• Integrate UI components with backend services and APIs
• Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across applications
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on feature design
• Participate in system design and planning discussions
• Implement UI testing and validation strategies
• Support deployment and iteration of user-facing components
• Monitor UI performance and resolve issues
• Document interface patterns and user interaction models
• Contribute reusable UI components for cross-team use
Required Qualifications:
