Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

In this role, you will lead the operational execution of our AI Governance program, acting as the critical link between delivery pods and executive oversight. As the leader of our Governance Engine, you are responsible for translating complex business needs into clear requirements while overseeing a prioritized pipeline of AI use cases. By coaching and developing a decentralized team of embedded analysts, you solve the challenge of maintaining consistent compliance and high-quality standards across diverse business units.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
  • Serve as the primary Governance Point of Contact for delivery pods, ensuring the program backlog moves through the intake process with high efficiency

  • Lead and mentor a team of embedded Governance Delivery Analysts, fostering their professional growth while ensuring they properly triage requests via risk assessment

  • Cultivate a culture of accountability and excellence within the governance team, ensuring that models meet performance and compliance standards before deployment

  • Aggregate and report on the Health of the Engine, providing program KPIs like adoption and throughput to the Executive Council

  • Own the Data Governance Committee meetings, where you will drive decision-making and track all RAID items to resolution

  • Coordinate with Enterprise Partners to ensure that procurement and tool resources are available for prioritized use cases

  • Skilled in distilling complex project logs and technical statuses into high-level, actionable insights for senior executive committees

  • Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML development lifecycles, allowing you to identify data pain points and serve as a primary point of contact for AI solutions

  • Expertise in managing complex "Gate" processes and driving decision-making through the diligent tracking of RAID items

  • Proficiency in reporting on the Health of the Engine by tracking adoption rates, throughput, and quality scores via AI-driven metrics

Additional Qualifications
  • Experience managing complex Gate processes in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven experience managing dotted-line teams or embedded analysts in a matrixed organization

  • Expertise in backlog grooming, T-shirt sizing, and sprint planning specifically for governance-related tasks

Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year
