Clearance • TS/SCI Responsibilities: * Implement risk management programs for our federal clients by utilizing NIST, RMF, and FISMA compliance frameworks. * Enhance cyber awareness with clients and project teams. * Work alongside federal clients to help them mitigate risk through continuous monitoring and incident response. * Establish security controls to ensure the protection of client systems. * Implement cutting-edge security tools for our federal clients. * Design, develop, and present cyber defense training objectives, curricula, instructor guides, student guides, job aids, course outlines, and other course materials utilizing instructional design models. * Create and present technical lab scenarios to provide hands-on learning that simulates real-world cyber threats. * Tailor training to space mission systems/operations and associated key cyber terrain. * Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles and ensure engagement. * Improve existing course content to ensure it remains current and effective. * Mentor federal clients in best practices for responding to cyber incidents, cyber defense, and mission planning.
