This is a hands-on role focused on designing and delivering multi-layered automation solutions that integrate directly with modern AI services.
You will work alongside a team of highly skilled domestic AI engineers to build scalable, production-grade systems using a mix of open-source frameworks and modern cloud services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop end-to-end automation applications using C#/.NET

* Develop intelligent automation workflows that improve operational efficiency for healthcare clients
* Partner with AI engineers to integrate models into production-ready applications
* Create clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with strong ownership
* Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, etc.) while maintaining full context, code quality, and accountability
* Participate in architecture decisions and help shape engineering standards
* Support testing, debugging, and optimization of high-scale systems
* Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and reliable in healthcare environments
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of software engineering experience, with strong expertise in C#/.NET
* Experience building distributed or multi-tier applications
* Hands-on experience integrating APIs and third-party services
* Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based systems (direct or adjacent experience)
Strong understanding of:
* Object-oriented design

* System integration patterns
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar)
Familiarity with:
* Automation frameworks or workflow orchestration tools
* Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
* Experience in healthcare systems, data, or compliance environments
* Exposure to open-source frameworks used in AI or automation stacks
* Experience working in AI-native or AI-assisted development environments
What Makes This Role Different:
* You're not just -calling APIs- - you're building multi-layer automation systems powered by AI
* The team values code ownership, not blind reliance on AI-generated code
* Heavy focus on real-world utility - applications used directly by healthcare clients
* Opportunity to influence both engineering practices and product direction
Environment:
* Startup environment with high ownership and autonomy
* Collaborative engineering team with deep AI expertise
* Focus on building practical, scalable solutions - not experimentation for its own sake
