Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and refining Euclid’s marketing infrastructure, with a focus on performance reporting, accurate attribution, CRM effectiveness, paid media oversight, and the implementation of AI-supported processes. This role is best suited for a detail-oriented marketer who enjoys creating structure, improving measurable results, and connecting marketing activity directly to business growth. The position is fully in-office and closely tied to leadership and sales, requiring strong collaboration along with a high level of independence, ownership, and accountability. Duties/Responsibilities: Marketing Systems & Infrastructure ● Audit, rebuild, and maintain accurate lead attribution across all marketing channels. ● Optimize CRM workflows to ensure clean data, consistent reporting, and accurate campaign tracking. ● Maintain and continuously improve booking systems and lead flow processes. ● Develop and maintain a living Marketing Manual documenting processes, KPIs, compliance standards, and campaign playbooks.

Performance Marketing & Campaign Management ● Build, launch, and optimize paid lead generation campaigns across Facebook and YouTube. ● Develop and manage long-form YouTube content strategy focused on retirement-age audiences. ● Continuously test and refine messaging, creative, and targeting to reduce cost per qualified appointment. ● Analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable improvements.

Revenue Alignment & Conversion Optimization ● Track and improve appointment show rates and lead-to-client conversion ratios. ● Collaborate closely with advisors and sales staff to strengthen marketing-to-sales handoff. ● Support booking or outbound call efforts when needed to maintain team alignment. ● Provide structured reporting on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and pipeline contribution.

AI & Marketing Technology Integration ● Identify and implement AI tools that improve content creation, workflow automation, and performance analysis. ● Stay current on digital marketing and AI advancements to maintain competitive positioning. ● Evaluate and implement marketing automation improvements where appropriate.

Vendor & Budget Management ● Manage marketing vendors, agencies, and creative partners. ● Hold vendors accountable to defined KPIs and timelines.● Present budget strategy and performance reports to executive leadership.

Compliance & Brand Governance ● Collaborate with compliance and leadership to ensure all materials meet regulatory standards. ● Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels. ● Ensure marketing initiatives reflect firm values and client-centered mission. All other duties as assigned
