Job description

Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven AI Policy & Compliance Lead to serve as the critical bridge between our internal operations, partner teams, and our primary client. This role is designed for a project and program management expert who thrives in high-stakes environments, excels at technical enablement, and can navigate complex audit cycles with precision.
As the AI Policy Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for client policy compliance, change management, and technical enablement.
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
  • Audit Ownership: Lead the end-to-end, twice-annual audit process, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams, external auditors, and client counterparts.
  • Documentation & Redaction: Oversee the meticulous compilation and redaction of evidence, ensuring all documentation meets Statement of Work (SOW) requirements.
  • Ongoing Compliance: Develop and maintain processes for tracking ongoing compliance with contract requirements, liaising with cross-functional partners.
  • Operational Readiness: Facilitate all client-driven technical changes, including hardware rollouts, new technical requirements, and program-wide policy shifts.
  • Tooling Collaboration: Partner with the Solutions team to deliver and maintain dashboards and account-level data sources.
  • Knowledge Management: Act as the primary creator and owner of all Confluence documentation, ensuring process documents are updated in real-time as policies evolve.

Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years in Project/Program Management, specifically within Data Services or AI Operations.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data orchestration and reporting.
  • Familiarity with MANGO/FAANG vendor ecosystem or similar large-scale tech client environments is a significant plus.
  • Technical Fluency: Comfortable with learning new platforms, tools, and skills.
  • Process Optimization: Demonstrated ability to create, document, and implement standardized operational procedures (SOPs) to ensure cross-functional adherence to client-driven policies.
  • Data Management: Strong analytical skills with the ability to audit, correct, and report on high-fidelity data sets under strict weekly deadlines.
  • Operational Agility: Ability to manage fluctuating workloads, including the capacity to provide intensive support during peak audit periods (40+ hours weekly) and pivot between administrative and technical tasks.

Base Pay
$90,000 - $100,000 / year
Actual rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
