Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring gamers, VR enthusiasts, tech lovers, streamers, and anyone comfortable with immersive technology to help build the next generation of artificial intelligence.

You'll wear a VR headset while completing real-world activities in your home. The first-person recordings help train AI-powered robots to better understand human movement and everyday tasks.

No robotics or AI experience needed—we'll teach you everything.

What You'll Be Doing

Think of it like being a real-life NPC...except you're getting paid.

Using a provided VR headset, you'll complete guided activities such as:

  • Folding laundry
  • Organizing shelves
  • Cleaning countertops and tables
  • Picking up household items
  • Reaching, bending, and moving naturally
  • Following simple tasks through a mobile app

Every movement helps improve future robotics and AI technology.

What We Offer

Requirements

  • Must live in Arizona
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Comfortable using smartphones and technology
  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • Smartphone in good working condition
  • Able to stand, bend, reach, lift light household items, and complete everyday tasks while wearing a VR headset
  • Reliable transportation to Tempe for three days of paid training
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening

Training

Before working remotely, you'll attend three days of paid in-person training in Tempe, AZ, where we'll teach you everything you need to know.
