Job description

Meet Eloquent AI
At Eloquent AI, we're building the next generation of AI Operators-multimodal, autonomous systems that execute complex workflows across fragmented tools with human-level precision. Our technology goes far beyond chat: it sees, reads, clicks, types, and makes decisions-transforming how work gets done in regulated, high-stakes environments.
We're already powering some of the world's leading financial institutions and insurers, fundamentally changing how millions of people manage their finances every day. From automating compliance reviews to handling customer operations, our Operators are quietly replacing repetitive, manual tasks with intelligent, end-to-end execution.
Headquartered in San Francisco with a global footprint, Eloquent AI is a fast-growing company backed by top-tier investors. Join us to work alongside world-class talent in AI, engineering, and product as we redefine the future of financial services.
Your Role
As an Agent Deployment Manager at Eloquent AI, you'll be responsible for leading the end-to-end deployment of our AI Agents and Operators into enterprise environments. You'll work directly with customers to scope use cases, manage configurations, monitor performance, and ensure successful go-lives.
This is a customer-facing, deployment-focused role ideal for someone who excels at translating business needs into system logic, coordinating across teams, and ensuring that AI-powered workflows deliver real-world value.
What You'll Do
  • You'll manage the full deployment lifecycle of AI Operators, from kick-off to go-live, with enterprise customers
  • Partner with customers to understand business processes, scope requirements, and align on deployment goals and success criteria
  • Coordinate configuration, testing, and validation of Operators using internal tools and prompt design frameworks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to resolve edge cases and ensure long-term success
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, coordinating responses to critical customer-facing incidents in line with company incident-management processes. Act as a first responder during incidents, taking ownership of investigation and coordination, even when issues extend beyond your immediate area of expertise, by engaging the right teams and driving resolution end-to-end
  • Contribute to improving deployment playbooks, escalation processes, and operational readiness over time
What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in solution delivery, implementation or technical project management in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with LLMs, including a solid understanding of agent behaviour, prompt iteration, and system constraints.
  • Ability to map complex workflows into structured logic and work closely with technical teams to implement them effectively.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills to conduct customer meetings, manage timelines, and drive execution. A strong sense of ownership to track results, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • A background in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM field, or equivalent relevant practical experience in a technical or engineering role.
Bonus Points If...
  • You have some hands-on coding or scripting experience with Python, as well as React and TypeScript and are comfortable reading and working alongside production code.
  • You have experience deploying AI-powered tools, chat-based interfaces, or automation products.
  • You've delivered projects in fintech, insurance, banking, or other regulated industries
  • You're comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments where customer impact and reliability come first.
