About the Role

We’re expanding our Insights team with a strategic new hire who will bring technical depth and innovation to our analytics capabilities. As the AI & Media Insights Analyst, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our campaign measurement, scaling insights infrastructure, and applying AI to unlock new value from our data. You’ll collaborate across analytics, marketing ops, and strategy to drive smarter decisions and more impactful storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • AI-Driven Insights
    • Develop and deploy machine learning models to predict campaign performance and customer behavior
    • Explore generative AI use cases for audience segmentation, creative testing, and internal tools
  • Data Engineering & Automation
    • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to support reporting and modeling
    • Partner with senior analysts to automate data workflows and improve data quality
    • Support integration of new data sources and platforms into our analytics ecosystem
  • Media & Marketing Analytics
    • Leverage industry best practices in media measurement and optimization to elevate campaign performance
    • Collaborate with marketing operations to enhance tracking and campaign ROI through smarter data integration
    • Bridge the gap between media strategy and analytics by translating performance data into clear, strategic recommendations
  • Collaboration & Enablement
    • Work closely with analysts, marketing ops, and leadership to align analytics with business goals
    • Contribute to dashboard development and internal data tools
    • Help foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Panoply, Stitch)
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Sisense, Power BI) and marketing analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with media measurement, campaign tracking, and marketing ops workflows
  • Hands‑on experience with machine learning, NLP, or generative AI preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Salary Range: $100,000 USD - $110,000 USD
