Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Developer to support Kadiak and our government customer in Washington, DC. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. The position is hybrid, requires 2 days onsite every two weeks.

Key Responsibilities: Technology Leadership & Development * ServiceNow Platform Excellence: Develop and maintain high-quality ServiceNow applications that meet consumers' needs and enable mission outcomes * Artificial Intelligence Integration: Lead AI/ML initiatives to enhance enterprise platforms, automate processes, and improve user experience across DOE systems * Salesforce Development & Integration: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions and related technologies to support mission-critical business processes * Multi-Platform Architecture: Orchestrate technology solutions automation in enterprise environments * Salesforce Development: 3+ years of Salesforce platform development including Apex, Lightning, Flow Builder, and integration experience * Programming & Integration: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, REST/SOAP APIs, and multi-platform integration architectures Program Management: * Project Leadership: 5+ years leading cross-functional technology projects with budgets exceeding $1M * Agile/Hybrid Methodologies: Certified in PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management frameworks * Stakeholder Management: Proven experience managing executive-level stakeholders and technical teams simultaneously * Federal Compliance: Experience with federal requirements, cybersecurity frameworks, and government IT governance Preferred
