  • Own a centralized source of truth for vertical use cases and customer personas.
  • Standardize templates and establish governance to ensure content is current, consistent, and easy for teams to apply.
Deliver Ongoing Enablement & Training
  • Design and co-deliver training on vertical-specific solutions, including key personas, their day-to-day challenges, how Peregrine addresses them, and what differentiates the platform.
  • Enable clear, persona-aware solution storytelling that helps sales teams connect customer needs to Peregrine's value.
  • Build field-ready, on-demand sales enablement resources-such as guides, playbooks, demo scripts, and videos-to support confident, consistent customer conversations.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Measurement
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product and Product Marketing to align personas with ICPs, messaging, and roadmap priorities.
  • Incorporate field feedback from Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Define success metrics and continuously iterate based on adoption and impact.
What We Look For
  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions, Product, or Sales Enablement (or related roles).
  • Proven ability to build enablement systems from scratch, including: use case and persona documentation, demo scripts, videos, and hands-on learning experiences.
  • Strong ability to translate technical complexity into clear, field-ready guidance.
  • Experience facilitating live trainings and workshops that drive adoption and behavior change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and execution-focused.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2G, or public safety environments is a plus.
  • A builder mindset with a bias toward action and comfort owning ambiguous problem spaces end to end.
  • Comfortable and willing to travel 25-35% of the time.
  • Located in Washington, D.C. and willing to come into the office 4 days/week.
