Job description

Location: Remote
Compensation: Commission-driven (uncapped earning potential - 20% of first-year ARR)
Industry: AI / SaaS / Enterprise Technology
About Clovyr
Clovyr AI Cloud is a self-hosted AI platform built for businesses that demand data sovereignty, compliance, and flexibility. Unlike per-seat offerings from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google, Clovyr delivers a flat-rate, self-hosted solution that gives organizations full control over their AI infrastructure - with access to Claude, Llama, Mistral, and more, all under one roof. We are HIPAA, SOC2, and GDPR compliant by design. We are growing fast and building the sales team that will take us from early customers to market leadership.
The Opportunity
This is a ground-floor opportunity to join Clovyr's commission-based partner sales program as we execute our go-to-market strategy. You will be closing deals ranging from $5,000 to $25,000+ annually, earning 20% of first-year ARR on every deal you bring in. If you are a self-starter who knows how to generate pipeline and close, this role is built for you.
We're looking for hungry, driven individuals who:
  • Are not afraid to pick up the phone, send cold emails, and engage real decision-makers.
  • Understand the enterprise software landscape and can speak credibly about AI, compliance, and infrastructure.
  • Want to book demos, build relationships, and close deals with real earning upside.
  • Are motivated by commission-driven income with no cap and no ceiling.

What You'll Do
  • Prospect and cold outbound to CTOs, CIOs, IT directors, compliance leads, and operations executives at companies with 10-500 employees.
  • Leverage AISDR tooling to build and execute automated outbound sequences at scale.
  • Book and run product demos of the Clovyr AI Cloud platform.
  • Represent Clovyr at industry conferences, AI meetups, and tech events to generate pipeline and build brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Close new business independently and hand off cleanly to the Clovyr onboarding team.
  • Provide market feedback to the founding team to inform product and positioning decisions.

What We're Looking For
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology sales is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tooling and the ability to speak confidently about LLMs, data privacy, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound automation tools.
  • Strong communication and phone skills - comfortable with cold outreach and multi-channel prospecting.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven personality with a track record of hitting targets.
  • Comfortable attending and networking at conferences and industry events independently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - you thrive with autonomy, own your results, and don't need hand-holding.

Why Join Clovyr
  • Sell a genuinely differentiated product - self-hosted AI with real compliance/privacy properties that enterprises actually need.
  • Get in early at a fast-growing AI startup with a clear GTM roadmap and founder-level access.
  • Unlimited earning potential - the more you close, the more you earn, with no artificial cap.
  • Be part of a lean, supportive, and growth-oriented team that moves fast and rewards results.
  • Participate in product/engineering development process by communicating customer insights directly to tech/product teams
