Job Title: Senior Change Management Consultant (Enterprise AI & Employee Experience)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Change Management Consultant to own organizational change management (OCM) delivery end-to-end across a high-visibility, enterprise-wide AI-powered employee support platform initiative. In this role, you will craft the change strategy from a blank page and execute every facet personally-spanning stakeholder engagement, communication campaigns, training enablement, and adoption measurement.
This is a critical, high-impact engagement reaching a massive, distributed workforce across corporate, retail, distribution center, and remote environments. You will steer the trust-and-adoption arc for advanced search and conversational automation tools, guiding employees from awareness to active reliance while managing compressed deployment timelines. If you have a proven track record of driving adoption for net-new AI technologies across deskless and digital populations alike, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Stakeholder Architecture
โข OCM Strategy: Define and execute the comprehensive OCM strategy, governance integration, sponsorship roadmap, and adoption-measurement framework using structured methodologies (e.g., ADKAR) under a fixed deployment deadline.
โข Impact & Risk Assessments: Build stakeholder impact assessments across process, role, and audience dimensions to identify high-resistance segments, change magnitude, and operational risks early.
โข Trust & Automation Arc: Strategically sequence change activation to build foundational trust in search and knowledge capabilities before scaling automated task-execution features.
Hands-On Communications & Content Production
โข Communications Delivery: Own communications production end-to-end-developing message strategies, crafting publish-ready campaigns, drafting executive leadership materials, and executing reinforcement communications across multiple channels for a multilingual, multi-site audience (produced entirely hands-on).
โข Enablement Curriculum: Design and develop role-based enablement content, foundational awareness guides, in-flow adoption nudges, and specialized tracks for deskless/field workforces unreachable by standard corporate training methods.
โข Champion Networks: Build and operate a robust change champion network across corporate, retail, and operational sites to carry adoption directly to the front lines.
Governance, Readiness & Phased Waves
โข Readiness & Hypercare: Drive go-live readiness criteria, hypercare communications, and reinforcement plans designed to prevent user fallback to legacy manual workarounds.
โข Program Governance: Provide regular status reporting into program governance, collaborate closely with technical program and product leads, and maintain alignment with broader portfolio OCM strategy.
โข Wave Management: Manage compressed activation windows and phased rollout waves, protecting user groups against fatigue and respecting operational freeze periods.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
โข Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
โข Experience Baseline: 5+ years of dedicated professional change management experience, with a minimum of 3 years supporting enterprise HR, IT service, or employee-experience technology implementations.
โข Technical & Adoption Track Record:
oDemonstrated success driving adoption of a net-new AI, self-service, or conversational tool across a large, multi-site workforce-including deskless or non-desk populations where standard corporate levers are limited.
oProven ability to own change strategy from scratch and execute it end-to-end without a supporting team of instructional designers or communications specialists.
oStrong proficiency applying structured change methodologies (ADKAR or equivalent) within condensed go-live timelines.
โข Core Competencies: Exceptional executive communication skills, strong analytical problem-solving abilities, and a track record of creative, low-friction adoption solutions for distributed audiences.
Preferred Attributes
โข Direct, hands-on implementation experience with enterprise conversational AI or HR service delivery platforms (e.g., Moveworks, Aisera, ServiceNow HRSD).
โข Professional change management certifications (Prosci ADKAR, ACMP, or equivalent).
โข HR domain experience, including familiarity with employee support lifecycles, case management, and HR operations.
โข Background in retail, consumer goods, or large multi-brand enterprises with an understanding of deskless workforce realities and seasonal operating constraints.
โข Experience utilizing enterprise email marketing platforms and intranet knowledge repositories for change campaign distribution.
