Job description

Amalgamated Sugar Company is seeking a skilled Agricultural Electrician to join our team in the Mountain Home, ID area. This position requires a licensed Journeyman Electrician who prioritizes safety and can lead by example. The role involves working both independently and as part of a team, with responsibilities including maintenance and repair of sugarbeet pilers. Candidates must be physically fit and able to perform tasks such as climbing, crawling, and kneeling. This position will directly report to the Agricultural Maintenance Supervisor.
Relocation to Mountain Home, ID is required within 90 days of placement.

Job description
Agricultural Electrician 3rd Class Contract Rate: $36.28
Candidate must be a licensed Journeyman Electrician in Idaho.
- Must hold safety in the highest regard and lead by example to crew members
- Must work well individually and in a team environment
- Must own or be willing to purchase quality tools needed for the job
- Must have a Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card, or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Must have the physical fitness to climb, crawl, kneel, and reach to access and work on all areas and components of a sugarbeet piler (per 18.22(e))
Relocation to the Mountain Home, ID vicinity is required within 90 days of placement for this position.
