Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a talented Personnel Security Specialist (PerSS) to join our team! In this role, you will oversee the protection of sensitive information and personnel through robust security protocols and compliance with federal guidelines.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee the protection of sensitive information and personnel by implementing and maintaining robust security protocols.
  • Conduct thorough background investigations and adjudicate security clearances in accordance with federal guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and certify compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address security risks and incidents as necessary.

What Required Skills You'll Bring
  • Active TS/SCI w/ CI POLY.
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in personnel security or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of federal guidelines for background investigations and security clearances.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to address security risks.
