Job Summary:
Park City Mountain is seeking a senior resort leader to shape one of the most visible and high-impact parts of the guest experience at the largest ski resort in the US. As the strategic business leader for Food & Beverage, this role is accountable for the performance, growth, and long-term success of 11 outlets, two warehouses, and banquet operations across a dynamic, world-class mountain resort. The operation spans high-volume quick-service outlets, full-service restaurants, après and event spaces.
This leader will set the vision and drive execution across a highly seasonal business where guest expectations, weather, visitation patterns, employee experience, mountain logistics, safety, and financial performance intersect every day. As a member of the resort’s senior leadership team, this person will help shape the broader Park City Mountain experience—not simply the Food & Beverage function—while partnering with central Food & Beverage and cross-functional resort teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, strong employee engagement, community engagement, disciplined financial results, and operational excellence.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $145,000 - $165,000 + annual bonus + equity

- Use guest insights, frontline observation, and cross-functional partnerships to remove friction and continuously improve the dining experience.
Relentless Executor and Results Driver: Turns strategy into action with urgency, discipline, and clear accountability—delivering measurable results.
- Translate vision into practical plans, clear priorities, and disciplined execution.
- Use data, operating rhythms, and service standards to identify gaps and accelerate performance.
- Create clarity, remove barriers, and hold leaders accountable for results.
Enterprise Thinker: Operates as a senior resort leader first—balancing Food & Beverage priorities with the broader needs of the guest experience, employee experience, operations, and financial performance.
- Make decisions through a whole-resort lens, not a single-department view.
- Create alignment and followership through visible leadership, clear communication, and shared commitment to resort success.
Builder of High-Performing Teams and Culture: Attracts, develops, and retains strong leaders who create a culture of accountability, inclusion, engagement, and pride in delivering an exceptional resort experience.
- Develop future leaders who are ready for broader resort and enterprise opportunities.

- Create a winning culture where teams have ownership, understand expectations, and are motivated to continuously improve.
Adaptive Analytical Leader: Uses data, insights, and agility to lead through ambiguity, shifting conditions, and competing priorities without losing focus on the long-term business.
- Make sound decisions with imperfect information and adjust quickly as facts change.
- Anticipate changing business conditions and proactively adjust plans, resources, and operating approaches to maintain performance.
- Balance immediate operating needs with long-term strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the performance of the resort’s Food and Beverage business, delivering revenue growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational excellence across the resort’s F&B portfolio.

- Lead a culture of safety and ensure compliance with health, sanitation, liquor-license, labor, environmental, recycling, waste-diversion, and company policy requirements.
- Maintain kitchens, dining rooms, bars, warehouses, restrooms, exterior areas, and event spaces to standards for safety, cleanliness, readiness, and presentation.
- Plan staffing, hours, outlet readiness, purchasing, and planning around the mountain operating calendar, including opening day, holiday peaks, powder days, spring close, and seasonal training surges.
- Identify, develop, and prioritize the F&B capital roadmap including business cases for venue renovations and new concepts to enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
