Job Description We are seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery, Scrum and Kanban practices, Jira tooling, and flow metrics and a proven ability to coach teams, remove impediments, and improve delivery predictability and transparency. Responsibilities: Facilitate daily stand-ups to surface progress, risks, and blockers. Maintain delivery flow using Scrum or Kanban, monitoring WIP limits and cycle time. Partner with the Product Owner to keep a clear, prioritized, and groomed backlog. Remove impediments by coordinating with cross-functional teams and leadership. Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban to improve predictability and efficiency. Maintain transparency with clean boards, dashboards, and stakeholder communication. Drive continuous improvement using feedback loops, observations, and retrospectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum ceremonies and practices (Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective). Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, dashboards, and metrics tracking. Understanding of DevOps fundamentals, quality practices, and Definition of Done. Ability to apply flow metrics such as cycle time, WIP, throughput, and predictability. Strong communication and facilitation skills with cross-functional teams. Servant leadership mindset with focus on coaching and impediment removal. Problem-solving, adaptability, and stakeholder management expertise. Expertise in risk, dependency, and issue management. Experience with executive status reporting using PowerPoint and Excel. Leadership and coaching experience across distributed teams. Familiarity with Jira Align and enterprise release processes.
