What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large, complex, regulator-facing data and AI modernization program. The Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and execution of an Agile program operating across technical and business workstreams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide overall program leadership and accountability for scope, cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across IT and business partners, including supervision, economists, data scientists, executive leadership, and governance bodies.
  • Manage program financials, budgeting, forecasting, and contract performance.
  • Establish and oversee PMO governance, reporting, and performance management metrics.
  • Lead Agile program execution, including roadmap development, release planning, and dependency management.
  • Manage resources, staffing plans, and surge-up / surge-down activities.
  • Oversee delivery quality and risk management across multiple technical workstreams.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior client and Guidehouse leadership.

What You Will Need:

  • US Citizenship.is required
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience leading large-scale IT and data programs.
  • Demonstrated experience with budgeting, financial management, and PMO oversight.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience delivering programs using Agile methodologies.
  • PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification.

What Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience supporting financial services regulators
  • Experience managing cloud, Snowflake, or data platform modernization programs.
  • AI and advanced analytics program experience.
  • SAFe or additional Agile certifications.
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Snowflake etc.).
  • Experience engaging with governance or executive oversight committees.
