Job description

Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.

This type of work—work that changes the world is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

As our PLM Developer, you will architect the digital thread connecting our engineering innovations directly to enterprise operations. Operating at the core of our Product Lifecycle Management ecosystem, you will design and deploy scalable integration frameworks that bridge PLM with ERP and MDM platforms, ensuring seamless data flow across global operations. Collaborating alongside enterprise application leads, business stakeholders, and system architects, your mission is to transform complex business requirements into high-performing API-driven systems that accelerate product delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Architect & Scalable System Integration: Build and optimize end-to-end integrations between PLM systems (such as Agile PLM) and enterprise platforms (ERP, MDM) using RESTful APIs and Java/Python to eliminate data silos and ensure business-critical operational continuity.
  • Streamline Enterprise Data Pipelines: Process, map, and transform complex datasets utilizing XML, JSON, XSLT, and complex SQL queries, enabling reliable real-time data exchange across cross-functional platforms.
  • Maximize Platform Stability & Performance: Lead root-cause analysis, system troubleshooting, and performance tuning for critical integration workflows, directly reducing operational bottlenecks and system downtime.
  • Engineered Workflow & Solution Delivery: Design, configure, and automate PLM workflows and data models in full alignment with software development lifecycle (SDLC) standards and version control best practices.
  • Cross-Functional System Support: Partner directly with non-technical business stakeholders and technical teams to translate high-level operational goals into clear, scalable technical implementations and thoroughly documented integration standards.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Integration & API Architecture: Proven mastery of RESTful API design, enterprise integration patterns, and building robust web services for scalable enterprise ecosystems.
  • Backend & Scripting Expertise: Hands‑on proficiency in Java or Python for backend integration development, script automation, and data pipeline construction.
  • Data Transformation & Querying: Mastery of data parsing and transformation using XML, JSON, and XSLT, coupled with advanced SQL capabilities for managing relational databases.
  • PLM Ecosystem Depth: Deep practical expertise configuring, maintaining, and integrating enterprise PLM systems (e.g., Agile PLM or equivalent platforms) with downstream business applications.
  • System Design & Troubleshooting: Strong analytical problem-solving skills for debugging multi-system data flows, conducting code reviews, and delivering secure deployment pipelines within an agile SDLC framework.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
