Typically, Scrum Masters at this level work with multiple teams at a time. Applies foundational Agile delivery knowledge to support team activities and contribute to Agile transformation efforts. Participates in Agile ceremonies, assists in removing impediments, and promotes Agile principles to enhance team collaboration and delivery.

1. Supports Agile delivery by participating in and facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
2. Provides input in identifying and escalating impediments that affect team progress.

3. Navigate the organization to manage dependencies and ability to work with minimal supervision.
4. Applies Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban to independently contribute to transformation efforts and support team processes.
5. Collaborates with team members and stakeholders to promote Agile principles and continuous improvement.
6. Supports the collection and reporting of Agile metrics and team performance data.
7. Contributes to Agile training and knowledge sharing within the team.
8. Assists in the adoption and use of Agile tools and technologies.
9. Responsible for ensuring Truist SDLC is appropriately followed.
10. Supports cross-functional collaboration to achieve delivery goals.
11. Continuously develops Agile knowledge and skills through learning and practice.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile delivery or related technical roles.

1. Agile certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Fundamentals.
