Our Brew Crew is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to increase profitable revenue growth of CBTL, Americas by effectively increasing brand affinity and visits for current and prospective customers via digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing an integrated communications campaign for marketing windows. Key responsibilities include optimizing paid acquisition channels, driving measurable growth in customer acquisition, revenue, and ROI. You will manage relationships with media agencies, ad platform reps, delivery platform account managers, and measurement/analytics vendors. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on ownership across paid search, paid social, programmatic, third-party delivery platforms, retail media, organic and AI-driven search, website branding, and emerging channels, directing the agencies and partners who execute. This role will report to the Head of Marketing.

Media Strategy & Campaign Planning

  • Set the channel strategy and media mix across the path to purchase: define the role each channel plays from awareness through conversion and retention, how they work together, and where to prioritize investment and test emerging channels
  • Develop the integrated communications campaign and paid media plan for each marketing window, aligning channels, audiences, and budget to commercial goals with the Global team
  • Champion a media-led, iterative creative practice that incorporates platform best practices and past learning across every media touchpoint to drive media effectiveness: partner with creative and content teams to brief, produce, and refine ad creative
  • Manage the media agency and ad-platform, delivery, and measurement partners to ensure all parties are aligned and delivering the strategy and objectives

Paid Media Acquisition & Retention

  • Own paid acquisition and re-engagement across social, search, and programmatic, directing the media agency and setting audience strategy from platform, and first- data to acquire new and win back lapsed customers, in partnership with the loyalty and technology teams
  • Deliver quantifiable improvements in return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per acquisition (CPA) across channels, scaling paid spend efficiently

Food Aggregator Retail Media

  • Manage sponsored listings and promoted placements on third-party delivery platforms to drive incremental order volume and visibility
  • Work with platform account managers to unlock new ad formats, and co-marketing entitlements

Budget Planning

  • Own working media budget allocation and orchestration across paid and retail media, optimizing spend to deliver the best results against the strategic goals
  • Lead annual and quarterly budget planning and forecasting, including delivery-platform and emerging-channel spend

Measurement & Reporting

  • Own the measurement framework: conversion tracking and tagging (pixels, SDKs, server-side), attribution across channels and outcomes, and incrementality testing to prove true media contribution
  • Run continuous A/B tests on creative, audience targeting, and landing pages, using quantitative analysis to optimize campaign performance
  • Diagnose performance using app, web, and other digital analytics tools, and report through clear dashboards spanning demand funnel, budget, ROI, efficiency, and campaign KPIs

Digital Brand Governance & Presence

  • Govern brand standards across all digital channels, ensuring landing pages, campaign destinations, and on-site messaging reflect brand guidelines and align with paid creative
  • Direct the brand's organic and AI-search visibility (SEO, AEO, and GEO), briefing agencies and partners on the content, structured data, and updating listings needed so CBTL surfaces accurately in search and in generative answer engines

Your Ingredients
