  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with plant managers, owners, procurement contacts, dispatch teams, operations leaders, and other customer decision-makers involved in cement purchasing and consumption.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, customer service, quality, and operations teams to support reliable deliveries into customer silos and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner.

Bulk Aggregates Sales

  • Sell aggregates, including sand, gravel, crushed stone, and related materials, to ready-mix producers, asphalt producers, contractors, site developers, municipalities, infrastructure projects, and commercial customers requiring large tonnage supply.
  • Understand customer project requirements, including aggregate specifications, daily tonnage needs, delivery windows, jobsite constraints, quarry or yard sourcing, transportation requirements, and cost-to-serve considerations.

  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, dispatch, quality, and customer service teams to support dependable supply, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor project pipelines, bid activity, competitor activity, customer demand trends, and regional construction activity to identify opportunities for growth.

 Sales Execution & Territory Management

  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to grow revenue, volume, margin, market share, and customer retention.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining disciplined follow-up on leads, proposals, and active opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs, strengthen relationships, address concerns, and identify opportunities to expand Titan's share of wallet.
  • Prepare and deliver customer proposals, pricing recommendations, business reviews, and sales presentations that clearly communicate Titan's value proposition.
  • Lead or support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations in alignment with company guidelines and margin expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, forecasts, pipeline opportunities, competitive intelligence, and territory performance.

Customer Excellence & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer operations, anticipating service needs, and providing practical solutions that support customer success.
  • Respond proactively to customer inquiries, delivery challenges, product questions, and service concerns with professionalism, urgency, and ownership.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to align customer demand, product availability, production planning, delivery capacity, service requirements, and issue resolution.
  • Balance customer needs with business priorities by demonstrating sound commercial judgment, pricing discipline, and awareness of operational constraints.
  • Represent Titan professionally at customer meetings, job sites, industry events, trade associations, and community forums.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales, account management, or business development experience; experience in cement, aggregates, ready-mix, asphalt, construction materials, infrastructure, or heavy building materials preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage a territory independently, prioritize accounts, follow through on commitments, and deliver results with limited supervision.
  • Strong relationship-building, consultative selling, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Practical understanding of bulk materials sales, customer operations, logistics, dispatch coordination, delivery planning, and large-volume construction material supply preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to understand pricing, volume, margin, market dynamics, customer profitability, and competitive positioning.
