What You'll Do:
The Wrencher will operate the following systems during startup, normal operation, shutdown and emergency situations. The Wrencher will operate following existing JTA's and other instructions
  1. Insert and remove bolts used in mines pipe.
  2. Assist with installation of dewatering pumps.
  3. Assist with jobs included during pit moves.
  4. Assist with clean up details within Field Mining

What You'll Bring:
Required
  • Valid driver's license required.

Preferred
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools.
  • Experience working with piping systems, pumps, and dewatering equipment.
  • Commitment to safe work practices and compliance with company safety standards and applicable regulations.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor mining, industrial, or construction environments.
  • Strong commitment to safety, with a proven ability to follow established procedures and protocols.
  • Strong employment stability with a dependable work record
  • Experience in mining, construction, industrial maintenance, heavy equipment operation, utility services, or other hands-on industrial work settings.

Testing Requirements for Hourly Applicants (Required)
  • All hourly applicants must complete the Florida Ready to Work or National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) assessment. A minimum score of 3 in Math, 3 in Reading, and 3 in Data is required to be considered eligible for employment with Nutrien.
  • Applicants must also complete the Florida Ready to Work Soft Skills Assessment and achieve a "Passed" status.
  • Both certificates (Florida Ready to Work or NCRC and Soft Skills) must be uploaded along with your resume when submitting your application.
    • These assessments are offered at no cost at any CareerSource office.
