What You'll Be Doing
Develop and grow a high value project pipeline across the Greater Seattle and Greater Tacoma markets, targeting commercial, residential, and infrastructure opportunities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact, providing expertise on aggregate products, specifications, and applications while ensuring responsive service and issue resolution
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share, while building and strengthening long term relationships with contractors, estimators, and project stakeholders
Oversee and coordinate sales activities across multiple aggregate sites, aligning customer demand with production capabilities, logistics, and quality standards
Manage the sales pipeline and order book, delivering accurate forecasting, pricing strategies, and market insights to support business planning
