Aggregate Managers often encounter challenges in aligning production schedules with transportation and delivery demands. Building strong relationships and leveraging technology for real-time updates can help overcome these challenges.

To thrive as an Aggregate Manager, you need strong knowledge of quarry operations, production management, and safety regulations, usually supported by a degree in mining, engineering, or a related field. Job description

At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what's next.
As we grow globally, we have increasing opportunities to communicate with and delight our members and prospective members in new ways. One of the primary levers for growth is developing new plans, with differentiated features and price points, so consumers can choose what is right for them.
This position is part of the broader Commerce Product team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of content experiences that drive engagement, grow the business, and entertain the world!
This role is based in our Los Gatos office (preferred) in a hybrid model, but we are open to remote candidates who are on the West Coast (PST timezone). Travel to Los Gatos will be required if remote-based.
As a Product Manager, you will be expected to design, strategize, execute, and prioritize projects. You should be comfortable at the hub of a fast-paced environment where you interface daily with cross-functional experts. You can build consensus and alignment but are not afraid to push ahead when there remain some critics and lead in the face of ambiguity.
What will you do:
  • Product Execution: Lead the execution and optimization of content aggregation roadmaps. Take product concepts from ideation through validation, shipping, measurement, and iteration.
  • Test and Iterate: Drive rigorous experimentation to evaluate new content formats, refine content discovery, and maximize incremental member engagement and satisfaction. Build members experiences that drive engagement and measure the impact of your product innovation, with your design, research, and data science partners.
  • Scale the Platform: Build and scale product experiences and platform capabilities to support the onboarding of content partners globally.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional leaders in articulating a compelling product vision, and then breaking the vision into well-scoped projects and driving execution. Work as part of an autonomous agile team along with designers, engineers, consumer insights, and data science, ML & analytics colleagues to deliver outstanding products to our customers.
  • Advocate and Align: Ensure that the broader organization is clear about our product strategy and roadmap, and effectively farm for dissent. Deeply understand and socialize the evolving needs of our customers, with your consumer insights and design partners.
  • Culture: Foster an inclusive environment, where all viewpoints are welcomed and encouraged. Embodies the Netflix real values while also bringing a new perspective to improve our culture.

Who are we looking for
  • Passion for Design, Product Excellence, Growth, Business Model Innovation, and/or Behavioral Economics! Past experience in entertainment industry or related products/solutions is a huge plus.
  • 7+ years of product management experience with a proven record of prioritizing and successfully launching impactful products or platforms.
  • Worked in a direct-to-consumer business, preferably with a global scope, where the consumer is paying for the service.
  • Demonstrated leadership working effectively with designers, data scientists, engineers, researchers, and colleagues across content, communications, and marketing - ability to inspire, motivate and lead a cross-functional team
  • Very high attention to detail, with an ability to connect the smallest experience elements to the big picture goals at the company and team level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - An ability to synthesize the complex into the simple and persuasive, and tell compelling stories with data.
  • Comfortable using data to inform priorities and evaluate impact of initiatives
  • Has strong instincts for outstanding customer experience.
  • Experience working in an organizational structure with both vertical and horizontal teams where ownership of a capability cuts across multiple teams.
  • Embodies the Netflix real values while also bringing a new perspective to improve our culture. We strongly believe that diversity of experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds will lead to a better environment for our employees and better products for our customers.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $310,000.00 - $545,000.00.
Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off. Full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off. See more details about our Benefits here.
Netflix is a unique culture and environment. Learn more here.
Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.
We are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognizing that diversity builds stronger teams. We approach diversity and inclusion seriously and thoughtfully. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, ancestry, national origin, caste, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, age, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic makeup, marital status, or military service.
