Agentforce information

What is an Agentforce?

Agentforce typically refers to a team or network of agents working together within an organization, often in industries like insurance or real estate. These agents collaborate to provide services, support clients, and achieve business goals. The term can also refer to specific platforms or agencies that coordinate independent agents for greater efficiency and reach. The structure and function of an Agentforce may vary depending on the company and industry.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Agentforce?

To excel as an insurance agent, you need strong sales acumen, product knowledge, and typically a relevant state insurance license. Familiarity with CRM software, quoting platforms, and digital communication tools is important for managing clients and sales pipelines. Outstanding interpersonal skills, persistence, and active listening help build trust and long-term relationships with clients. These skills are crucial for meeting sales targets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering tailored solutions in a competitive insurance market.

What are some common challenges faced by Agentforce professionals when managing multiple client accounts simultaneously?

Agentforce professionals often manage several client accounts at once, which can present challenges such as balancing competing priorities, meeting diverse client expectations, and staying organized amid shifting demands. Effective time management and clear communication are essential to ensure that each client receives timely updates and quality service. Utilizing CRM tools and regularly collaborating with team members can help streamline workflows and prevent important tasks from falling through the cracks.

About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Applications will be accepted until 09/30/2026.

Are you ready to shape the future of defense trade compliance at cloud scale? Salesforce is looking for an experienced ITAR Empowered Official to take full ownership of our U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliance program.

As our primary export control expert for defense trade, you won't just keep us compliant-you will partner directly with business and product teams to build proactive compliance strategies that keep pace with our rapidly evolving software and service offerings. If you thrive at the intersection of complex trade regulations, cutting-edge technology, and strategic business enablement, this is your launchpad.

What You'll Do
  • Lead as Empowered Official: Act as Salesforce's designated ITAR Empowered Official, driving program strategy, maintaining DDTC registrations, and approving critical export authorizations, licenses, and Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs).

  • Build & Scale Program Infrastructure: Architect, implement, and maintain an end-to-end ITAR compliance framework, including written policies, internal controls, compliance audits, and company-wide training.

  • Guide Business Innovation: Serve as the hands-on expert during solution design and enterprise deal evaluations, running Commodity Jurisdiction (CJ) classifications and jurisdictional determinations to keep Salesforce ahead of risk.

  • Manage Authorizations & Due Diligence: Oversee end-to-end authorization lifecycles-including tracking and decrementing against active authorizations, conducting thorough party due diligence, and managing required DDTC fee/commission reporting.

  • Interface with Government Agencies: Serve as the trusted point of contact for government regulatory bodies (especially DDTC) for registrations, license submissions, disclosures, and audits.

What You'll Bring
  • Proven ITAR Leadership: Deep hands-on experience designing, scaling, and managing an enterprise-level ITAR compliance program, including active experience as an Empowered Official.

  • Technical Trade Expertise: Demonstrated mastery of Commodity Jurisdiction (CJ) submissions, risk management frameworks, export licensing lifecycles, and sanctions compliance (sanctions experience is a strong plus).

  • Regulatory Systems Knowledge: Direct working experience with DDTC systems (DECCS) and enterprise compliance tools.

  • Strategic Partner Mindset: Outstanding cross-functional communication skills with the ability to translate complex trade laws into practical business guidance for legal, product, and sales stakeholders.

  • Execution & Integrity: Meticulous attention to detail, uncompromising ethical standards, and a proven track record of managing large-scale compliance initiatives independently in a fast-growing environment.
