Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a part-time Leasing Agent in Reno, NV to lease apartment units and provide exceptional service to both current and prospective residents.

A Day in the Life of a Leasing Agent
As a Leasing Agent, your primary responsibility is to optimize occupancy by leasing units and maintaining a strong lease renewal program. Your day-to-day duties will include:
• Conducting property tours and showcasing available units and amenities
• Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Following up with prospective residents to guide them through the leasing process
• Collaborating with property staff to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
• Maintaining strong closing ratios and working to meet or exceed occupancy goals
• Preparing accurate rental paperwork and clearly explaining lease terms to residents
• Ensuring safety by promptly reporting hazards and assisting with property upkeep
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or the service industry (leasing experience is a plus, but not required)
• Flexible availability, including "on call" hours as needed
• Valid driver's license
