A successful Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Relationship Manager - Desjardins Agent Team Member. Responsibilities:

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Specifically focused on all billing items. As a relationship Manager, you will need to manage all billing concerns, collect payments, drive to the bank to make deposits,
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Assist with thank you cards.
  • Assist with various seasonal promotions, events, webinars.
  • Take minutes at meetings.
  • Some small tasks assigned by Eric Gruscyk. (Personal assistant type tasks as they come up).
  • Take care of billing needs of agency (accounts receivable).
  • Booking insurance and financial apointments for Agent.
  • Charged with Social media postings for Agency (online experience).

Requirements:

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
