Salary:

Starting without Masters: $53,660

Starting with masters/candidacy (LPCC, SWC, MFTC): $63,660

Starting Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): $66,660

** Supervision towards professional licenses provided in this role

Multisystemic Therapy Team (Models: Multisystemic Therapy):
Locations: Denver/Denver Metro Area, Northern Colorado, Colorado Springs and surrounding areas, Eastern Plains of Colorado, Western Slope of Colorado.

-Primarily engaging caregivers & other key participants in active, change-orientated treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to progress

-Cultivating growth in the whole family unit to empower families to solve their own problems

-Collaborating with families and allowing them to take the lead in setting treatment goals

-Keeping youth in their homes, minimizing safety risks and further legal charges.

-The MST treatment model is an ecological therapeutic intervention for youth aged 12-17 who exhibit high risk behaviors, including substance use, runaway, and truancy.

-MST therapists work with families, youth and other key members of their ecology to empower families to address challenging behavior and make long term change.

-Maintain small caseload of 4-6 families

  • Quarterly MST training to maintain and grow competency

Family Wellness and Trauma Specialist Teams (Models: TF-CBT, TST)

- Help caregivers understand typical developmental challenges and expectations;

- Increase caregivers' ability to reflect on the meaning and feelings motivating a child's behavior;

- Helping caregivers understand the psychodynamic relationship between parental feelings, history, and the caregiver response to the child. The Clinician also provides consultation to teachers in early care and education settings, as needed.
