ABOUT US:
We are a top-performing Allstate agency ranked in the top 5% nationwide for two consecutive years. We are growing and looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) producer who is hungry, coachable, and ready to build real income serving a community that genuinely needs a trusted advocate.  We serve two communities exceptionally well — Stamford's high-net-worth households and our growing Latino community. We need a bilingual producer who can move fluidly between both worlds with professionalism, cultural fluency, and genuine care. If you can close, we can build something great together.
COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES
  • Competitive base pay + uncapped commission — your ceiling is your effort
  • $500 sign-on bonus for producing 100 items within your first 90 days
  • Monthly performance bonuses + quarterly bonus opportunities
  • Elite status: earn additional PTO for every month you finish in Elite standing
  • Company-paid travel — up to $2,500 per quarter for Elite performers

BENEFITS & PERKS
  • Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance options
  • 3 weeks paid time off + paid holidays + your birthday off (PTO increases with tenure)
  • Performance-based remote work flexibility
  • Clear path to senior producer or leadership roles
  • Warm leads provided daily — real opportunities in front of you from day one
  • License sponsorship available — we invest in the right person (exam prep support included)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Handle live inbound and outbound quotes with urgency — close on the first call whenever possible.
  • Serve high-net-worth households with consultative, needs-based coverage conversations across auto, home, umbrella, and commercial lines.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with Spanish- and English-speaking clients in-person and by phone.
  • Conduct coverage reviews and proactively cross-sell to protect clients' full financial picture.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and stay current on Allstate products and compliance requirements.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Fluent in Spanish and English — spoken and written fluency is essential for the clients we serve
  •  Active CT P&C or Personal Lines license preferred — or seriously committed to getting licensed before your start date
  • Minimum 6 months proven sales experience — you know how to generate business and close deal.
  • Insurance sales experience is a strong plus, but not required — we will teach the product to the right person
  • Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills — comfortable on the phone and in person
  • Competitive, coachable, and community-connected — you want to win and you want to belong
    HOW TO APPLY
If you are bilingual, driven, and ready to grow your income serving a community that needs you — we want to hear from you. Licensed candidates are prioritized; unlicensed candidates with strong sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Submit your resume and a brief note about what draws you to this role.
