Job description

At Tapcart, we believe every brand needs a direct relationship with their customers - one they actually own.
We are the mobile commerce engine that powers shopping for Shopify's fastest-growing brands. $15B+ in revenue processed. 200M+ shoppers worldwide. Brands like Princess Polly, Bรฉis, Forever 21, and Young LA rely on us to power a large portion of their revenue.
We're a lean team with minimal management and big autonomy. Everyone here drives outcomes and stays close to the product. We use our own platform, we talk to merchants and partners daily, and we execute constantly. Backed by Shopify, Silver Lake, and other top VCs. Profitable and growing.
If you want a place where you own real outcomes, not just accounts, you'll fit in.
Why join Tapcart when you have a sea of other options?
  • You prefer high velocity co-selling and real partner strategy over standard relationship management.
  • You won't spend your time convincing leadership that partnerships matter. That fight's already been won.

Don't proceed with applying if:
  • You don't use AI tools daily to work faster and smarter.
  • Ecommerce is new territory for you, partners expect you to understand their business from day one.
  • You're not curious about how the product actually works under the hood.

What you'll be working on at Tapcart
  • Partner with leadership, sales, and delivery teams at top Shopify agencies to drive revenue.
  • Help agencies package, price, and sell services around Tapcart.
  • Run account mapping, co-selling, and joint GTM campaigns to hit revenue targets.
  • Design repeatable enablement programs and documentation that scale our partner channel.
  • Get hands-on with the Tapcart platform to show partners exactly how to win.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with 2+ years driving partner pipeline or working in a technical GTM role.
  • You know exactly how Shopify agencies operate, make money, and scale.
  • You move fast, take initiative, and manage your pipeline without hand-holding.
  • Proven ability to hit a number. You can speak to your pipeline contribution, not just your relationship map.

Salary Range
$180,000 - $220,000
Benefits
Competitive salary and equity. Medical, dental, vision. 401(k). Flexible PTO. Remote-friendly. Home office stipend. Quarterly merchant stipend. Lots of swag drops
