Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and lead our sales team to reach agency growth milestones.

Create and implement effective sales strategies that align with our long-term goals.

Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to staff to help them refine their client interactions.

Cultivate and manage relationships with key community partners and prospective policyholders.

Monitor performance metrics and adjust workflows to improve service quality and efficiency.

Ensure all policy documents and sales filings are accurate and compliant with state regulations.


Requirements

Active Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.

Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience within the insurance sector.

Proven track record of managing and mentoring small sales teams.

Deep understanding of the Virginia insurance market and local regulatory requirements.

High proficiency with agency management software and digital policy processing tools.

Strong organizational skills to handle both client acquisition and internal administrative oversight.
