Job Description

Saatchi & Saatchi is looking for SEM Manager. 

Responsibilities
  • Create, execute, & manage paid search strategies.
  • Communicate with clients, attend meetings, and present to clients on a regular basis.
  • Translate client's marketing goals into a successful paid search strategy & manage client expectations.
  • Educate paid search team and clients on SEM best practices and strategies.
  • Day-to-day supervision of client paid search and analytics programs including strategic approach, recommendations and performance.
  • Provide strategic direction on specific initiatives, identifying key messages or value proposition and the best means to communicate it.
  • Conduct keyword research, build keyword lists, and analyze search volume and competition to provide campaign recommendations.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaign strategies, including bid optimization, landing page optimization, and search remarketing.
  • Create paid search reports, analyzing campaign performance along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement.
  • Contribute to paid search and analytics new business pitches.
  • Stay current on emerging trends and act as a thought leader, keeping the team updated on changes and best practices.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong technical SEM background & proven track record in paid search engine optimization.
  • Strong background with the following SEM tools: Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Search Ads 360, Bing Ads, and more.
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex data in simple terms.
  • Strong leadership, organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Keen eye for detail & excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of web development & JavaScript is an asset.
Additional InformationSalary Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $70k - 80k per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
