Job description

LPN's Full-Time and Casual Opportunities!! UP TO $35 PER HOUR
Midwest Clinical Resource is the premier, skilled nursing staffing agency in partnership with North Shore Healthcare long-term care facilities throughout the State of Wisconsin.
Being an agency, we are able to offer flexible work hours, all based on YOU! You get to pick the shifts that you want to work, the frequency of how often you work and what facilities you work at. Midwest Clinical Resource allows employees to work on a PRN or full-time status. Full-time status is earned and comes with extra benefits, such as insurance and PTO. By allowing a flexible work environment, our employees can enjoy and create the life they want by working as much or as little as they would like to.
Positions come with weekly pay, plus the opportunity for instant pay through Rain, to bridge the gap between paydays for your convenience. Wages range based on experience and the position you are applying for. We also offer an opportunity for holiday pay, shift bonuses, and referral bonuses. With our partnership with North Shore, there is an opportunity to become a permanent employee at one of our facilities.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient and perform assessments; clinical documentation; care plan development; communication with the physician, care team members, patient, and family
  • Wound care, Infusion therapy, and Disease Management
  • Provide direct supervision of nursing clinical care team
  • Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physician
  • Participate in regular case conferences and in-services

The duties and responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive. There may be other tasks assigned to the role that should be managed professionally and respectfully.
Requirements

  • Current Wisconsin nursing license
  • Negative TB test within last 6 weeks
  • Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
  • Experience in wound care
  • At least 3 months experience in long-term care
  • Competency to carry out procedures that the physician orders that are within the scope of nursing
  • Proficient communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Working as a team mentality
  • Reliable transportation

Compensation
Pay is determined based on years of experience as a LPN
Pay Range: $32-$35 per hour
