Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day service support for assigned commercial accounts under the direction of an Account Manager or Executive
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, certificates, and endorsements in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with preparing client communications, renewal summaries, and proposals
  • Process policy changes including endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and audits
  • Review policy documents for accuracy and maintain organized client records in the agency management system
  • Issue certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and evidence of coverage
  • Support renewal workflow by gathering exposure information and tracking deadlines
  • Assist with marketing submissions to carriers and preparation of renewal comparisons
  • Communicate with carrier underwriters and service teams to support account needs
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards
  • Assist with billing questions, premium audits, and resolving discrepancies
  • Follow established workflows and prioritize tasks to meet service expectations
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Producers, and internal teams to support client needs
  • Deliver responsive, professional communication to support a positive client experience
  • Participate in training, team meetings, and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn agency management systems such as Applied Epic
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting client needs

Experience

WA Group welcomes candidates with varying levels of experience for this position, including entry-level, mid-level, and senior professionals. Previous experience in commercial lines account management or related roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with insurance software systems, such as Applied Epic or AMS360, is a plus.
